We Offer a Challenge
We offer something truly unique for teens today. Our youth program stands out because we train, guide, and empower teens to earn respect and responsibility through their own actions. This is what makes us so exciting for both families and teens—a chance to try something new, different, and incredibly rewarding.

Through our youth program, teens discover their true potential and learn how to succeed beyond what they thought was possible. They gain important skills like responsibility and teamwork while learning what it takes to be successful on their own. Plus, they get to do all this while staying close to home and their families, giving them a safe environment to grow and thrive.

We Prepare Kids for College and Employment

We believe in your teen’s dreams and are 100% committed to helping them reach their full potential. Our mentors work closely with each teen, making their goals our goals. We help open doors, provide support, and cheer them on as they achieve their hard-earned successes!
  • Thinking About College? Graduates of our youth program can apply for our exclusive scholarships to help them attend the college or university of their choice. Each year, we award over $150,000 in scholarship funds! Plus, we help with scholarship applications and essays. Teens can share their unique experiences to tell a compelling personal story.
  • Not Sure About College? No problem! Our youth program also helps teens build strong resumes for job applications. We offer professional certifications in areas like CPR/AED, First Aid, cybersecurity, FEMA, welding, SCUBA, business software systems, leadership, and more. These skills open up many exciting career opportunities!

Community Service Hours

We're proud to be active in our Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts community, making a real difference where it matters. Our teens get to participate in exciting events like marching in parades, presenting color guards at ceremonies, attending Air Shows, and even being part of Fleet Week in New York.

We also take great pride in helping our local veterans. We work closely with organizations like the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), the American Legion, the Navy League, the Rhode Island Veterans Home Community Living Center, the Rhode Island Veteran's Cemetery, and Operation Stand Down Rhode Island. It's a rewarding way for teens to give back and support those who have served our country.

Build Confidence & Earn Respect
Teens build self-confidence through exciting adventures and by earning recognition for their hard work. We don't give out participation trophies—everything is earned, just like in real life. New Recruits look up to our more seasoned cadets as role models and learn to follow in their footsteps, earning mutual respect along the way.

We encourage each kid to set personal goals and always strive for excellence. Along the journey, they make lifelong friends and create memories they'll never forget!
