Warrior Toughness (WT) is an evidence-based, holistic, individualized human performance skillset that strengthens the mental, physical, and spiritual toughness with a particular emphasis on the pursuit of peak performance. WT training emphasizes coequal development of mental, physical, and spiritual toughness. The program provides performance psychology skills and character development, and teaches the "Warrior Mindset" whose concepts were initially developed by Naval Special Warfare. This concept is the "Never Quit" philosophy taught and in practice at many career fields today.

As of July 2021, approximately 120,000 U.S. Navy personnel have received Warrior Toughness training.
The result of this continual training inspires people to perform better, be more focused, feel better prepared for class and evolutions, have less tardiness, and higher physical readiness scores. It has been shown to be directly tied to higher graduation rates from trainings and classes!

Warrior Toughness is performance-focused and designed to teach a variety of skills they can apply daily, weekly, and when needed to be able to perform at the top of their ability. The concept of resilience is taught and focused on the health and well-being to allow them to be the most ready they can be to face any scenario.

The emphasis is on focusing on enhancing confidence in everything we do. We expect "kids these days" to be able to perform under pressure in a variety of settings from high pressure situations like preparing for finals/college to the more mundane grind of boring "death by PowerPoints."

Toughness is not simply physical and mental, but also spiritual. Instilling high moral and ethical strength is of an immense value for all to learn.
