Sea Cadet Lieutenant Junior Grade
Brittany DiPippo, NSCC Commanding Officer Email: bdipippo@secadets.org Phone: 401-808-5390 DiPippo enrolled in Sea Cadets in 2016. She reached the rank of LTJG in 2021. LTJG DiPippo runs our unit, handles enrollment, community outreach, and recruiting efforts. She is a part-time contractor with our Headquarters office, and works full-time in finance at an aerospace company. If you are new to Sea Cadets, she will be your first point of contact to the unit and is very passionate about mentoring the next generations of Sea Cadets and future leaders of our nation! |
Sea Cadet Chief Petty Officer
Gabriel McClary, NSCC Command Chief Petty Officer McClary enrolled in Sea Cadets in 2016. He reached the rank of CPO in 2022, and assumed responsibility of our Command Chief Petty Officer. As the most experienced Cadet in our unit, McClary oversees the overall performance, professionalism, and military discipline of our Cadets. He is graduating from high school in 2023 and plans on enlisting in the U.S. Marine Corps. |
Sea Cadet Lieutenant Junior Grade
Haley Bruce, NSCC Training Officer Bruce enrolled in Sea Cadets in 2014. She reached the rank of CPO in 2017 and became an Adult Volunteer to continue supporting Sea Cadets after graduating high school. Bruce is passionate about our youth program and assisting in growing our Cadets to achieve all their future goals! |
Sea Cadet Chief Petty Officer
Luke Graham, NSCC Leading Chief Petty Officer Graham enrolled in Sea Cadets in 2019. He reached the rank of CPO in 2022, and assumed responsibility of our Leading Chief Petty Officer. As the second in command of our unit, Graham is responsible for the day-to-day execution of the activities in our unit. He is graduating from high school in 2024 and plans on enlisting in the U.S. Marine Corps. |
Sea Cadet Petty Officer First Class
Joseph Guerra, NSCC Assistant Leading Petty Officer Guerra enrolled in Sea Cadets in 2020. His role in the unit is to lead and direct our 30+ cadets in their coursework, training opportunities, and physical fitness. He is one of the best cadets in our unit, and is a fantastic resource to all of our cadets! Guerra is graduating from high school in 2023 and plans on enlisting in the U.S. Marine Corps. |
